Rag Doll

The first Catherine doll was. A friend of my mother was kind enough to bring her the United States: the Carters, Cush, who made noise when a jolt. The boy was liked it from the first moment (obviously lived “jonesing” most of the time!). As was made for babies, was the best American style washable of “throw it in the washing machine and put to dry. Needless to say, she knew the way of the service area of color!

Rag Doll

I love the idea of giving rag dolls for children, because they can be felt, tight and embraced. And also because most of them are made with natural fabrics, fleeing the plastic that inevitably ends up taking care of the House, in the form of toys. I remember looking for dolls of this type to buy, but it is very difficult to find them in major malls shops (where 90% of the mothers in big cities usually buy toys). So I looked for alternatives, and I ended up finding them in stores.

There are cloth dolls very graceful here in Brazil. But I found that in other countries you can also find charming models. My idea for the future is to buy cloth dolls from various parts of the world, that Catherine has the opportunity to understand how are different, distinct traits, and yet are all beautiful! For who doesn’t know, Etsy is the largest international handicraft products store. It was there that I found Portugal’s, the United States, Poland, even from Malaysia! The cost, of course, is greater than buying a brazilian doll, but it’s an opportunity to have a little bit of the energy of each country on your home (when a product is identified as “ships worldwide from…”, is delivered in Brazil).
